Elvis Avdiu leads marketing at Amaro Than with more than a decade of experience turning quiet communities into active, confident movements. Before Amaro Than, he spent years working on campaigns for youth groups, local organisations, and grassroots projects, learning how to reach people who are often ignored by mainstream media and brands.
At Amaro Than, Elvis doesn’t think in terms of “users” and “audiences” but in terms of people and stories. He designs bold campaigns, narratives, and video moments that make individuals feel recognised, not targeted—especially young Roma who rarely see themselves represented with pride. Whether it’s a short clip, a long-form story, or a simple social post, his goal is always the same: clear emotion, honest message, no empty promises.
Elvis also builds bridges inside the organisation. He works closely with product, design, and community teams to keep the message simple, human, and consistent across every touchpoint. When a new feature launches, he thinks not just about how it works, but what it feels like, how it’s announced, and how it fits into the bigger story of Roma connection and dignity.
From launch strategies and onboarding flows to long-term community growth, Elvis plans campaigns that combine data, creativity, and instinct. He studies how people interact with Amaro Than, listens to feedback, and turns those insights into better communication and stronger engagement.
